On June 18, 2025, the Physical and Natural Sciences Advanced Research Center (IKU-SPECTRA), established at Istanbul Kültür University, held its first stakeholders meeting, following the planned activities of the European Union Horizon Europe Spectroscopy@IKU ERA-Chair Project.
Physical and Natural Sciences Advanced Research Center (IKU-SPECTRA), established within Istanbul Kültür University, operates with the aim of promoting advanced-level research in the fields of physical and natural sciences, supporting scientific excellence, and strengthening interdisciplinary collaborations.
As Istanbul Kültür University, in line with our goal of creating a disaster-resilient society, a general EARTHQUAKE DRILL will be conducted on Wednesday, May 14, 2025, at 10:30 across all our campuses and student dormitories.
The purpose of the drill is to raise awareness among our students, academic and administrative staff about how to act during a potential earthquake and to test the feasibility of our evacuation plans.
