İstanbul Kültür University Dormitories

Istanbul Kultur University provides comfortable accommodation conditions for its students with its dormitories in Bahcelievler. Our dormitories provide 359 students with the opportunity to continue their education in comfortable and reliable conditions.

İKÜ Girls Dormitory has 2, 3 and 4 person rooms and has a bed capacity of 211 people.The rooms have bathroom, toilet (24 hours hot water available), bed, duvet, pillow, wardrobe, bedside table, desk, mini fridge, air conditioning and wireless internet.
İKÜ Boys Dormitory has 2, 3 and 4-person rooms and has a capacity of 148 beds.The rooms have a bathroom, toilet (24 hours hot water), bed, duvet, pillow, wardrobe, desk and wireless internet.

 

Common Areas and Rules

Each dormitory has its own lounge, working rooms, drawing rooms for architects, internet halls, laundry and ironing rooms (use of washing and drying machines are free of charge),cafeteria (in separate building in Boys Dormitory) serving breakfast and dinner.

All dormitories have 24/7 security. Entrance and exits are made from turnstiles with ID card. Dormitory check-in time is no later than 00.00 on weekdays and 01.00 on weekends..

Students can benefit from IKU's Health, Culture and Sports Department free of charge from doctors and psychologists.

Documents Required for New Student Registration;

  1. Application petition
  2. Copy of identity card
  3. Student certificate of being a student of Istanbul Kültür University
  4. Criminal record and archive record
  5. 3 photographs (Taken within the last 6 months)
  6. A health report stating that there is no mental health problem or contagious disease that will prevent living in public places and that it is suitable for staying in the dormitory

IMPORTANT:

  1. When our students who have registered in our dormitory come to settle in the dormitory, they must bring the documents in full. Otherwise, the student's dormitory registration will be terminated and placement in our dormitory will not be carried out.
  2. While preparing the documents, the date of entry to the dormitory will be taken as a basis.
