The "Sign Language Concert" organized as part of the "December 3 International Day of Persons with Disabilities" in cooperation with Trabzon Ortahisar Municipality and Istanbul Kültür University attracted great attention.

Istanbul Kültür University Sign Language Choir, Turkey's first and only university sign language choir, gave a concert at Hamamizade İhsan Bey Cultural Center. In the concert, the Sign Language Choir, consisting of students from Istanbul Kültür University, brought the pieces unique to the Black Sea region together with the audience in sign language.

Prof. Mehmet Toran, Editor of the Journal of Life as You Live, and Yasemin Balcı, Head of the Directorate of Library and Documentation, who is responsible for the periodicals of our university, resulted in a positive result.

Our Rector and our Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Sinan Alçın visited “Door of 22 Civilizations Kars, Its Voice Ani” exhibition opened by the collaboration of Fashion and Appearel Foundation and Istanbul Aydın University, at Rapsodi Socks Arts Gallery. Fine Arts Application and Research Center (GSUAM) hosted art lovers with a new theater play in the second event of the season. The play "Leonce ile Lena", featuring the valuable actors of Tiyatro Park, Barbaros Ergün, Emre Erilmez, Onur Doğan, Özlem Yıldız, İlayda Uyar and Merve Karabulut, was staged at Akıngüç Auditorium and Art Center on Thursday, 25 November at 19.00. .

In cooperation with Istanbul Kültür University Faculty of Education, Kültür College and Kültür2000 College, "Teachers' Day Celebration Program" was held on Wednesday, November 24 at 10:00 at our Basın Ekspres campus. The ceremony, which started with a moment of silence and the singing of the National Anthem, continued with the opening speeches of our Chairperson of the Board of Trustees Dr. Bahar Akıngüç Günver, our Rector, our Faculty of Education Dean Prof. Dr. Rauf Yıldız and İKEK Schools Coordinator Biriz Kutoğlu.

A 30% discount agreement has been signed between Private Ataköy Hospital, Private Family Hospital and our University, which will be valid for 1 year as of October 08, 2021, for our students, academic/administrative staff and their first degree relatives.

Within the scope of the agreement;

Istanbul Kültür University Art Gallery (IKUSAG) hosted Dutch artists living in Turkey in the second exhibition of the 2021-2022 Art Season. Dutch artist Arjen Zwart's photographs from the streets of Istanbul, Jeroen Paalvast's drawings of Turkish projections, and Koenraad Marinus van Lier's oil paintings, mosaic and limestone works are at the “Dutch Diaries in Turkey” exhibition, which opened on Wednesday, November 17 at 15.00. In addition to his sculptures, there are also video works of three artists.

A discount agreement has been signed between Istanbul Kültür University and Biruni University Hospital, which will be valid for one year as of November 01, 2021.
