The mission of Istanbul Kültür University Directorate of Construction and Technical Affairs is to provide services abundantly in all kinds of construction, facilities, repair, maintenance, manufacturing, research, project, exploration, auction and supervision works necessary for the operation of the institution and its future existence; to find solutions to problems as soon as possible with the available personnel and equipment in areas where we are responsible; to provide a modern, inquisitive and reasonable structuring service that follows technological developments based on scientific truths in order to enable the institution to function in the framework of current Laws and Regulations and to continue its existence into the future.

We also strive to be able to prepare our university for the future by following developments in our country, as well as other countries, and to ensure that our university demonstrates its scientific, cultural and intellectual qualities and experiences on an international scale.
