The publisher application made to the Web of Science Publisher Portal (WoS) (https://clarivate.com/webofsciencegroup/support/wospublisherportal/) by Assoc. Prof. Mehmet Toran, Editor of the Journal of Life as You Live, and Yasemin Balcı, Head of the Directorate of Library and Documentation, who is responsible for the periodicals of our university, resulted in a positive result. As Istanbul Kültür University, we take place as a publisher in Web of Science, and if our periodicals (journals) published by our university meet the WoS criteria, applying to the Web of Science Core Collection (ESCI-SCI-SSCI-ACHI) indexes, monitoring the admission process, improvements in our periodicals It allows us to make and index the relevant indexes in this collection. Our presence as a publisher in Web of Science-WoS also contributes to the visibility of our university in the international arena.
