“FUTURE OF BUSINESS LIFE: HYBRID WORKING MODEL”

In cooperation with the Family Business and Entrepreneurship Application and Research Center (AGMER) and the Management Consultants Association (YDD), a panel titled "Future of Business Life: Hybrid Working Model" was held on Thursday, November 25, 2021, on the ZOOM platform. The panel, which was moderated by Asst. Prof. Andaç Toksoy, one of the academicians of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences & Deputy Director of AGMER, started with the opening speeches of the Management Consultants Association Chairman of the Board Zeynep Tura Kalın and Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Sinan Alçın. Borusan Holding Human Resources and Corporate Communications Group President Nursel Ölmez Ateş, Bursa Uludağ University Labor Economics Department Head Prof. Dr. Aysen Tolon and Darüşşafaka Board Member & ACC Management Consultant Müge Ören participated as speakers. in the panel;

- What is the hybrid work that companies and employees quickly adapt to in the pandemic?
- What has changed with the new working model?
- In which areas do companies have difficulties in applying the model?
- What needs arise in employee expectations and manager-employee relations with the new order?
- What will be the effects and repercussions in the medium and long term?

- In the new order, what are the different applications made and planned on behalf of the company culture and employee motivation?

opinions on these topics were given. After the event, where the participants shared their questions and opinions, AGMER and YDD managers listened to the requests for the continuation of the events.
