Events of the day;

In cooperation with the Department of Communication and Design and the Department of Communication Arts, a technical trip will be organized to IMOGA Istanbul Graphic Arts Museum. The trip, accompanied by our Dean of the Faculty of Art and Design, Prof. Dr. Mehmet Üstünipek, will be held on Tuesday, May 14.

A talk titled "Road Map in the Career Journey" will be organized by the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, where students and the industry will come together. The event, which will be attended by representatives of leading companies in the field, will be held on Tuesday, May 14, between 10.00-18.00 in the Küçükçekmece campus conference hall.

The first guest of the "Comparative Law Days" organized by IKU Faculty of Law will be Lawyer and Migration Law Specialist Dr Martin Manzel. The event titled "New Immigration and Citizenship Law in Germany" will be held on Tuesday, May 14 at 11:00 at the 6th floor of Bahçelievler campus CEHAMER White Hall.

In cooperation with the New Media and Communication Club and the Department of New Media and Communication, a talk titled "Use of Artificial Intelligence in the Creative Process in Advertising" will be held in order to convey to students the revolution created by artificial intelligence in the advertising, new media and communication sectors and what the adaptation journey of this process should be like. The event, where AI Artist Merve Kurtuluş will be the speaker, will be held on Tuesday, May 14 at 13.00 in the Bakırköy campus Ataköy building.

A conversation on social benefit will be held by Kültür Point with Academician & Inspiring Woman Dr. Dilek Kaya İmamoğlu, who stands out on social responsibility and women's work in business life. The event which will be moderated by our Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Burcu Yavuz Tiftikçigil, will be held on Tuesday, May 14, at 14.00 at the Akıngüç Auditorium and Art Center in the Ataköy building of the Bakırköy campus.

Within the scope of the 2023-2024 Spring Semester activities of the Department of Architecture, a talk titled "Architectural Professional Environment and Ethics in Türkiye and the World" will be held. The event, where Architect Bülend Tuna, a former member of the Board of Directors of the Chamber of Architects Istanbul Metropolitan Branch (1998-2004), will be the speaker, will be hosted by the Chamber of Architects on Tuesday, May 14, 2024, between 15.00-17.00.

"Empo Motor Seminar" on "Efficiency of Electric Motors" will be organized by the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering in order to inform students about the efficiency of electric motors. The event, where Electrical-Electronics Engineer Cemil Ünal from Empo Motor will be the speaker, will be held on Tuesday, May 14, at 15.00 in the B1-5 amphitheatre in the Ataköy building of the Bakırköy campus.
