An event titled "Architects and Interior Architects under the Spotlight" was held at Akıngüç Auditorium and Art Center annually organized in cooperation with the Faculty of Architecture, Architecture Club, and Interior Architecture and Design Club, on Monday, December 26. At the event, certificates were granted to our students, with high honor degrees, granted awards in competitions and participated in social responsibility projects. The event was concluded with the stage performance of İKU Orchestra.

"Project Presentation Festival" was held by the Department of International Trade and Finance on Tuesday, December 27, under the direction of Lecturer Dr. Meri Taksi Deveciyan. From the Department of International Trade and Finance faculty members Res. Assist. Nurten Çalışkan Çetin and Res. Assist. Çağıl Kaya, and from the Entrepreneurship Department faculty member Res. Assist. Mustafa Bekmezci, served as jury members in the competition in which the students also gave points. We congratulate all our students who made their presentations and were deemed a success in the competition.

International Trade and Finance Department students made their presentations on Tuesday, 27 December within the scope of the "International Trade and Strategy" lecture given by Kurtsan Holding Managing Partner & one of our lecturers, Saltuk Karayalçın. Within the scope of the event, Kurtsan Group of Companies CEO Aylin Kurt, Managing Partner Duygu Nahum, Export Manager Ödül Eymen, Strategic Planning Specialist Sercan Şenkal and Human Resources Manager Betül Siyamoğlu evaluated the presentations as guests of our university.

The event, in which one of our Faculty of Law faculty members, Res. Assist. Ali Erdoğan will be the speaker, will be held on Thursday, January 12 at 11:00 in Şirinevler Campus C Block B1 Seminar Hall.

Istanbul Kültür University, Turkish and Foreign Languages Research and Application Center (İKÜTÜMER) will organize a cinema day event to introduce Turkish culture to our international students studying Turkish. In the event, which will be held on Friday, January 13, between 12.30-16.00 in the 4th floor multi-purpose hall, examples of Turkish social life will be introduced through short film sections from Turkish cinema.
