All full-time or seasonal students of Istanbul Kültür University (Bachelor’s, Master’s, Doctorate) and fresh graduates may benefit from these services.
How can I use the services of the Student Life, Career and Alumni Advisory Unit?
You may personally come to the office during weekdays between 9:00-17:30 or you may make an appointment by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the topic that you need counseling on. You may make an appointment according to the schedule of our communication representative or career consultant.
Can I get help on writing a CV or a Statement of Purpose? How?
You may send an e-mail to email@example.com for your CV or Statement of Purpose review requests in order to make an appointment. For the appointment to go more efficiently, you’re kindly asked to send your CV or Statement of Purpose drafts at least 24 hours before the appointment.
Who can benefit from the psychological counseling services?
All students currently registered at Istanbul Kültür University may benefit from these services.
How much does it cost to have a personal counseling meeting?
Psychological counseling services are free of charge.
How do I apply personal counseling services?
Except for emergencies, you need to make an appointment for a meeting. In order to make an appointment, you may send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or you may personally apply to the Student Life, Career and Alumni Advisory Unit.
How long does the personal counseling process continue?
This depends on what your problem is and how serious it is. The service offered by this unit is counseling, not therapy. In case you need therapy, you should consult with someone outside of the school.
