Our Policy

Our human resources policy is to keep the communication channels open to our personnel in order to support their professional, personal and social growth.  We try to create a personnel profile that fits the characteristics of every position and recruit the best candidate for the job.  It is our objective to set up and run the best selection and placement system; to plan the most suitable and most effective on-the-job training sessions within and without the institution; to establish discrete infrastructure systems designed to fairly evaluate academic and administrative personnel and to continuously improve them; to try to build work relationships based on mutual trust and respect in a peaceful, modern, pro-Atatürk work environment adopting an interactive administration style.

 

In short, the main purpose of the Department of Human Resources is to develop assessible and feasible human resources strategies and targets compatible with the vision, mission, strategy and targets of Istanbul Kültür University, and to continuously improve them.
