Financial Affairs Department

    Our activities as the Financial Affairs Directorate include;

    Planning the university budget according to the plans and programs in order to make sure that human, money and material, etc. resources are used in the most efficient way possible and services and activities are carried out economically and effectively,

    Gathering the required information, documents and statistics regarding the financial resources of the investment programs and evaluating them,

    Monitoring the cash flows and funds during implementation,

    In order to carry out the university services in the best way possible, in accordance with the laws and regulations;

    Buying the products and services with the current resources,

    Storing and distributing them;

    • Carrying out;
    • All Payroll procedures
    • Preparing the salaries,
    • Calculating the social security deductions,
    • Calculating and preparing the fees for extra courses,
    • Registration procedures,
    • All budges and budgeting services,
    • Planning the budget design and implementing it,

    And all other processes regarding accruals and properties, and all other services regarding financial affairs.
