Our university has put into operation IBM Tivoli Identity Management Software. With this service, all IT services can be reached through one user name and password.

The student domain, the student e-mail and CATS (course management and distance learning system) have been combined in the IKU Identity Management System.

You can join the system by following the steps show in “How to log on to the Identity Management System” in the How to Videos page.


Important Notice!

As show in the video, after defining your own password you should create your secret question and answer. If you forget your password, the self service system will ask this information to reset.

You can also change your password within the Identity Management System's main page. The new password that you create should be at least 7 characters long and there should be at least one letter and one number in it.



In order to reset your password, you can fill in the login name and click on the ‘Forgot your password?’ link on the Identity Management System page. The forgotten password service will work only if you have defined your secret question and answer beforehand.

If you have not used it before, you can join the system by following the steps show in “How to use ‘Forgot your password?’” in the How to Videos page.

This page is for our students which needs an initial password to join the Identity Management (IDM) system. If you use it and create your own password, it will no longer be valid.

You should follow the steps show in “How to log on to the Identity Management System” in the How to Videos page to obtain and use your IDM password.

The password obtained from here can NOT be used to login into other services. It is only for registering you to IDM system.

Registration renewals for the students of the Architecture Program (English) of the Faculty of Architecture and the Law Program of the Vocational School of Law will be held via SAP-ORION System between 11-22 February 2013.

1. Students can reach to the SAP-ORION System at orion.iku.edu.tr. You can access SAP-ORION portal with Internet Explorer, Firefox or Safari web browsers.
2. Students have to use their IKÜ Unipass user names and passwords in order to access to the system.
3. Students who do not know their IKÜ Unipass user names and passwords can apply for support to the istsupport.iku.edu.tr via the internet or directly to the BST offices in the campus in person.
4. Students can get support for their questions regarding the SAP-ORION System from the BST by using the orion.destek@iku.edu.tr .
5. Students shall refer to their academic consultants for their questions regarding the academic subjects.
