Double Major Program (ÇAP)
Successful students are provided with double major opportunities by IKU.
The students who are successful in their departments can also get associate’s / bachelor’s degree in the departments that are related to theirs.

The students who successfully finish double major are given double major diploma at the end of the education.

In addition, our students can go to some universities abroad as exchange students in the frame of European Union Agreement held in 2003. The courses taken during the period of being an exchange student will be listed on diploma.

Minor Program (YDP)
The students can partially get education (associate’s and bachelor’s degree) of other departments that are related to theirs during the education.
The students who successfully complete minor program together with major program are given an associate’s degree/bachelor’s degree diploma and minor certificate of associate’s degree/bachelor’s degree.

The Right of Starting Master’s Degree before Graduation from Bachelor’s Degree
Students of IKU can take three MA courses in Institute of Sciences and Institute of Social Sciences in the last year of their education in Bachelor’s Degree Program.

These students are exempt from these three courses in MA that are considered as selective and can graduate in 3 terms instead of 4.

Furthermore, students can take 3 courses in MA instead of 3 selective courses in BA. So unity of BA and MA is provided.
