The bases of Registration Renewal in 2009-2010 Academic Year

1.    The date of registration renewal:

The last day is 09. 27. 2009 in 2009-2010 Academic Year

2.    Early registration (Early payment)

2.1. If the students make their payments beforehand, they will get a 5% early payment discount and 6% cash payment discount.

2.2.  If the students make their payments between 06.30.2009 and 07.31.2009 in 2009-2010 Academic Year, they get 3% early payment discount and 6% cash payment discount.

2.3.  The students who renew their registration between the above stated dates with installment payments will not be given early payment discount, but they will be given the opportunity to make installments until May 2010.

2.4. The students who make the above stated payments have to complete their registration between 09.15.2009-09.27.2009 after choosing their lessons.

3) LATE REGISTRATION (LATE PAYMENT):
According to 2009-2010 Academic year calendar of the university, the deadline for re-regsitration is 27.09.2009. After this date, late regsitration is aspected only through an excuse and board decision. Under these cicumstances, the student is applied a 2% late fee charge. The deadline of late registration is 09.10.2009. To carry out education without problems, the students who have not paid the tuition fee until this date will not be able to re-register. The students under this circumstance will be handled according to regulation of examinations and associate’s and bachelor’s degree education of the university if they do not renew registration in the following summer term.
 

4) PAYMENT BASIS:
4.1. The students that will pay the entire tuition fee of 2009-2010 Academic year  by 27.09.2009 will be given 6% discount for cash in advance.

4.2. The students that want to pay the tuition fee by installments have to pay ¼ of tuition fee by cash, and make a commitment on paying the rest by six installments equally.

4.3. The students have to pay 2% late charge on condition that the bank cannot identify the account on account of the fact that they cannot find enough credits on times when the students have made commitments about times of payments.

4.4. The students who haven’t previously opened an account in the bank because of any reason and who want to pay tuition fee of 2009-2010 Academic year by installments, have to apply for opening an account in İş Bankası Kültür University Branch, at least 3 days earlier, with the person who will make the payments, taking the document the bank has asked for before re- registration.

4.5 The students have to open an account in İş Bankası Kültür University Branch if their account cannot be identified and if they have owed to the bank previously on the grounds that the bank hasn’t had enough credits. These students have to apply to open an account in İş bankası Kültür University Branch with the person who will make the payments at least 3 days earlier, taking the document the bank has asked for before re-registration. These students have to renew registration after account opening process is completed during re- registration period.

4.6. Students can renew their registrations on condition that they pay previous debts and that they pay tuition fee for the new registration even though the unpaid tuition fees are on legal proceedings.

4.7. The students who haven’t previously opened an account in the bank because of any reason and who want to pay the tuition fee of 2009-2010 Academic year by installments , have to open an account in a contracted bank with the person who will make the payments and sign the common money bond.
